We have an wordpress website ([login to view URL]) which is working great but we now need to collect information for members and stored in the same database/different table or different database. The information storage must be secure we are getting an ssl to put it in place to help. The form will need to be validated on submission and only allow certain characters. (Name, Address, Tel No, Age, Email Address, Service/Corp/Reg and a check box for Newsletter Acceptance) The form should be submitted to the DB but then we would need a front end so we can access it through Microsoft Access, (we would just need instructions on how to connect to the DB) We need it to connect to MS ACCESS so we can run the reports off which we need
