Web Application Simulated Live Video

I want to make a Web Application which can help people to convert their normal videos into a Simulated Live Video.. Like if i take my normal video and upload to the Web Application, the Web Application should be able to superimpose a live environment on the video demonstrating the hearts, likes, live counter, time stamp on the video.. The Web Application should be able to render the video in MP4 format. Few of the features that i am looking to have in my web app are: Upload own Video/ Recorded Video Ability to add royality free music Import Video from Youtube Import Video from Facebook Render in MP4 Timeline Viewers count & appear when you want them Inbuilt Elements like CTA buttons, Arrows etc Custom images Headline Creator Ability to control set of amount viewers Amount of likes, love, emotions along with time I can demonstrate with the help of an example if needed!
