Develop Woocommerce Plugin sending order info to Courier Service.

Hello everyone, I am a web designer and I have designed an eshop for a client inside Wordpress using WooCommerce.

My client made a deal with a Greek courier service named "Geniki Taxidromiki". This courier got a software called "Web Service" which will be installed to my client's PC and is used for sending the courier all the info needed when he has new orders on his website.

A few days ago Geniki Taxidromiki send me the code we need to insert inside the wordpress site in order to automate the proccess - this means that this code will import any new order from the eshop and send them to their server which will ping them that we got a new order that needs to be shipped. I have seen many simular plugins from US couriers (FedX, UPS etc) for wordpress (woocommerce) but my client's courier don't have this.

So what I need is this plugin or php files/code that will do all this process (prefer plugin) - import shipping info from new orders and send them to this software. Below I give you the link with the instructions Geniki Taxidromiki (courier) they sent me.

We don't have plenty of time for the website launch (about 7-9 days).
