Develop Affiliate Website-Real Estate Partnership Program Dashboard

We want to create an Affiliate website for our Real Estate Partnership Program. The site needs to be built in Wordpress, and there needs to be automation for the site. 1. Home page- Educates the visitor about our program and allows the visitor to fill out a form to contact us or utilize or channels to contact us. 2. What are Real Estate Notes- We educate the visitor on what they are and how they are used in the real estate market 3. Real Estate Notes & You- We educate the visitor on how they can use real estate notes as an investment tool and how to start within the industry with our Real Estate Partnership Program 4. Blog- We have an active blog that we want to add to the website 5. About us- We will provide this information to you 6. Secure page- This is where the Partners that are selected for the program log into their dashboard. Dashboard Layout When the Partner logs in I want them to see first is an overview of all the notes they have submitted for purchase. Headers I want on the dashboard are from left to right: Status, Owner Name, Address, Assessed Value (Dollar Amount), Remaining Balance on Note (Dollar Amount), Fee Agreement Executed (Yes or No), Copy of Note uploaded (Yes or No) Quote(s) for Note (list all quotes), Offer Accepted (Yes or No), Estimated Fees (Dollar Amount), Deal closed and Funded (Yes, Pending or No) Then within the dashboard, I want the Partner to be able to upload documents to each deal they are working. The documents need to be associated with a transaction ID or a unique Identifier so they are attached to the unique deal. Also, part of the site/dashboard I would like to have a ticketing system for the Partners for technical issues and for any requests/updates to the site they are looking to have. Ticketing system also needs to have the ability to allow the Partner to purchase new marketing leads directly from the site (dashboard). The request will need to be sent to the Admin Panel and I want to have an e-mail sent to a specified address to be notified. The upload documents and ticket system should be on top of the dashboard as a menu for them to select from. Also, I would like to create a link or tab that the Partner can select that will take them to our Box Account where we have contracts and their prospecting leads located at. We use Hubspot CRM and having a link on the dashboard would be great. Can Zapier be used to update the lead status in CRM when changes occur within the Dashboard? Third piece of the Dashboard- I want to create a form that the Partner can fill out on each deal they want to get a quote on. I can provide you a link to a form I use already today. I want to be able to export the data into Excel or some type of program to where it can be uploaded to another site or be e-mailed. Looking to automate this and have very little data entry. Can that form data also be transferred or moved to CRM? Admin Panel- Would like to have the panel to show me an overview of all deals and transactions that have been submitted through the Dashboard. I want to know the status of each deal and what next actions is/are pending on each deal. An additional column that I would like to have on the Admin Panel is Assessed Value ( Needs to be pulled in through an API), this is a dollar amount(All columns on Dashboard need to be included in Admin Panel view). Also, part of the Admin Panel should be a control panel that I can grant access to the site and disable users when needed. Password reset function needs to be part of the Admin Panel too. We already have a domain ready to go and is hosted on Wix, but will move it over to a Wordpress site as soon as we find someone to create the site.
