We are wanting to replace our current website with something more modern. For the most part, it would be a simple 12-15 page website. We would provide the content, but we are looking for your design ideas. The website is for the purpose of selling Top Ten Percent franchises. (So it's a business opportunity site.) We have one Request Information Form that would need to post the information to our CRM. There would also be an Application Submission Page where they can fill out an application and submit it to us online. We call that RFC/EQA. (Request For Consideration/Entrepreneurial Quotient Aptitude Test.) We would also need the Freelancer to integrate a live chat function like Zendesk or something similar into our new site. The old site is currently down, normally it would be found at www.TopTenPercentFranchise.com. However, we only have a landing page up their right now. The old site can be seen at [url removed, login to view] for the time being. This is a project that needs to be done quickly. We would like to have it live by January 1, 2017. Do not bid on this project if you are not able to commit to that timeframe. We would like to have an initial splash page that viewers would go to. It would be a full screen video. (We have the video.) See TTP Sample Video.mp4. You would need to add two images to the smartphone "green screen" in the video. When someone first goes to our site the video would begin to play and the first image shown in the attached static png file would be displayed. TTP Franchise Splash [url removed, login to view] It would play for a maximum of 3-4 seconds with that image until it changes to next image or until the viewer moves their mouse. After 3-4 seconds or the moment the viewer moves the mouse it would change to TTP Franchise Splash Page [url removed, login to view], but of course neither would be static. It would be on the video as it is playing. We want the website to be designed in the most modern format. Whether that is a Flat UI, or Semi-flat, whatever is the current direction and trend of website design. There is no e-commerce needs. Freelancer needs to work within a GitHub Repository. Initial Milestone paid in advance of project start will be 20% of total project with balance paid when site is debugged, forms test and site live. Thank you.
Everything also needs to be optimized for mobile.
