Delivery Service Website (php work required) and bit of HTML -- 2

I have got a front end of another website which needs to be changed to a delivery service website. The front end is pretty much done, however a booking form page and admin panel login page where deliveries will be assigned manually is required. The main requirements are to send data from registration, booking to the database which is already built and will be provided. All the bookings made should generate invoices to save in database and send the bookings made to admin panel where admin will assign the deliveries and so then customer can track delivery status. the login should fetch data from database as well. As you can see there is not much work required the main focus is on php functionality. Front end design doesn't matter. Therefore, my budget is not for a professional website. I will negotiate and got a similar project that i will give to the same person who wins the bid and is suitable. More details will be provided.
