Decklink Playback of RTMP / HLS streams to SDI out on Ubuntu / FFMPEG

We have a system running on Ubuntu 14.04 with FFMPEG installed. Decklink Video card hardware installed need a solution or instruction : 1) how to install decklink driver 2) Able to playback any UDP (MPEG2 / 4) / RTMP / HLS streams using FFMPEG or any other library and output SDI using decklink card. 3) able to set output video standard on SDI out with option to playback reconnect automatically on lost streams every 10 seconds . 4) option to have freeze frame or black on input stream disconnect
