I currently have a online database that I need updating/changing. This is a small taster before we embark on a much bigger upgrade.
This is for a recruitment agency - This might give you an idea of what we are using the database for
Before I select a bidder, I will need to speak with you to ensure you have fully understood the brief as it is very difficult to explain in detail here or via chat.
1 - 5 are very simple, number 6 is more challenging!
What needs Changing / Adding:
(The attachments are not in order of the numbering below)
1. Rejecting a candidate / client - I have attached a screenshot for this one.
2. Adding a Tier 1, 2 and 3 to Company, candidates, clients and vacancies - I have attached a couple of screenshots to give you an idea but this is for candidates and companies
3. We currently have a option to add projects the record is working on but this does not display in the main record. Would like it to and to hyper-link to the actual project details - Also, on the same Edit screen, you will see to the left there is a "Notice" box. This does not display on the main screen either.
4. Source Dropdown - Again this is in a picture
5. When we Select to move a record within a vacancy to 1st Interview, it automatically logs the interview (in stats) but it duplicates it... 1 for the candidate and 1 for the client. I want to to log the text but actually only store 1 interview as data
