DLL to handle FTP

I need a DLL that accomplishes two things: 1) Allows me to send a file from my local computer to a remote folder on my website. 2) Allows me to retrieve from another local computer the file stored remotely in #1 above and to save that retrieved file to a specific location on the local computer calling this "retrieve" function. Specifics are as follows: 1. The DLL should expose two functions, one for sending and one for receiving. The inputs to these functions should consist of: (a) the complete path to the local folder (b) the complete path to the folder on our web site ([login to view URL] - not [login to view URL]) (c) the name of the file that will be transmitted (d) the username (e) password for the ftp account (NOTE: If preferred, I would accept a single-function DLL having an additional 6th input: 0 for upload and 1 for download.) 2. The connection *MUST* be configured to use the SFTP-SSH file transfer protocol, normal logon type, and port 2222
