Customizing php and javascript on a plugin

I have a website on wordpress, using a specific theme and plugin. It is an AirBnB website where I have a booking plugin installed to book the house and receive payment. There are extra costs I can add as options to be checked off, but I need these checkboxes to be required and mandatory in order to proceed with the booking. I would like someone to customize the proper coding to make this possible. I have tried it myself for the past week and cannot seem to get it to work properly. Let me know if you can do this and how quick you can get it done?
plugin is Awebooking, I can send you the plugin if you need it, just let me know. Also, the checkout is with woocommerce and connected to paypal.
