Customize landing page

I need custom modification html,css,php of my landing page of both source files and pixbuilder file - [login to view URL] List of modifications: - Remove thank you pop up that is shown of form submission - Remove/translate the successful form submission message on the form - Edit the button for form submission to be as wide as the form - Make logotype that is uploaded to its natural size not smaller - Remove mailchimp double optin, make is single optin - Map form fields with mailchimp so all the data from the form is captured in mailchimp - The email notifier about the lead should be sent simultaneously as the data from the form is sent to mailchimp - Change favicon - Make checkmarks before statements on the page - Add link to footer text and justify it to the center - Place an image and some text in the blank space under the form All this modifications should be in pixbuilder file and html/css/php,
