Create a special contact form with customized functionality and do some maintenance of my WP site

1. New customized contact form with the following fields in the intranet (only accessible for logged-in users - Ultimate Member is used): a. Select Director [role in Ultimate Member] (show all Director in a drop-down) b. Select Month (Jan-December) (autofill last month and drop-down) c. Select year 2017 onwards (autofill current year and drop-down) d. Capture rate (number entered by the user) e. Select currency (autofill EUR, but changes are possible with a drop-down) f. Select beneficiary (show all Director and Contractor [roles in Ultimate Member] in a drop-down) g. Select margin of beneficiary (5%, 10%, autofill: 0%) h. Capture number of days Drop-down i. Capture timesheet (PDF file) j. Capture Invoice (PDF file) k. Select settlement period (2 days (7% margin), 5 days (5%), 15 days (3%), 30 days (0%)) l. SHOW (Cannot be changed by the user) “Gross rate”= h* d m. SHOW (Cannot be changed by the user) “Net rate (excl. VAT)“= h*d (1-k-g-5%) n. After submission (I would like to be able to change the text in the E-mails) i. Send to a. via E-Mail (including files) ii. Send to user via E-mail (without files) iii. Sender of E-mail 2. Do updates for all plug-ins 3. Delete plug-ins which are not in use 4. Extend the search function for the activity board (search in Description) 5. Delete the attribute “Daily Rate” in the “Add activity form”
