We need to develop a complete platform to monitor, analyze, report and publish to and from main social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
Monitoring capability
The platform must be able to track any keyword, phrase, hashtag, URL, or combination of these search terms and find the relevant posts across top channels including Twitter, Google+, Instagram and Facebook through annonimized and aggregate topic data.
Analysis capability
With this tool, the customer must know their audience with group and topic monitors that make it easy to see what is being said, the sentiment surrounding the conversation and the influence of each post. Lead the conversation and respond quickly when needed. To Make informed marketing desicions with sentiment, keyword, influencer and competive analysis.
Custom Reports
The platform must provide several reports types regarding to the monitoring and analyze information, these reports must be ready to export to PDF format and excel files.
Publish capability
Publish and schedule content across different social networks data driven.
