Create an interactive World Map for use with a Wordpres website

We are developing a website with Wordpress and I am looking for maps to be created in SGV format with clickable areas for our drop down menu . The first will be a World Map (see attached jpg) with yellow continent highlight and continent name/label on hover and then clickable for each of the Continents......to take our user to our page(s) for each Continent (Europe, Asia, Africa and so on...).
