Create a copy of a Metatrader Expert Advisor without restrictions (starting from an .ex4 file)

Hi, I recently purchased an expert advisor that unfortunately has a strict limitation on the account number, meaning that every time I have to test it on a new demo I have to communicate to the seller the new account number where I intend to use it. I would like to know if there is a way to create an expert advisor perfectly equal to this, starting from the .ex4 file and deleting these restrictions.
