Create complex E-Mail Alert Function / Customization of Real Estate Script based on Smarty PHP & CodeIgniter Framework

IMPORTANT 1: Don't waste my time and make a bid and after I give you the project you come back few days later and you want to increase the amount to be paid for the project which is maybe double or 3 times the bid. IMPORTANT 3: Based on CodeIgniter Framework and it has Smarty Template Plugin. It's important that you are a CodeIgniter & Smarty Specialist, otherwise it's difficult to understand the code.

We already purchased an open code script based on CodeIgniter Framework and there's an API documentation available. It is open code and allows developers to work on the site. See demo as follows: [login to view URL]

We are looking for PHP/MySQL/CodeIgniter/Smarty PHP developers who are able to customize this Real estate portal for us. We would like to create a complex E-Mail Alert function, see attachment.

We pay in 1 milestone at the end of this customization once we tested it and all looks good.

Please note that we have a lot more programing stuff to do for this portal, this was just an example of the first step we would like to have programmed but we don't want to publish here what else needs to be done.
