I've designed a website in Photoshop (fully layered) and need it converted to a functional Wordpress theme/website. The website needs to be able to allow users to register as members. Ultimately members should be able to create Wordpress posts that are in "Draft" mode until a moderator reviews/publishes the content. Any recommendations on which plugin framework to use for this would be appreciated upon your review of the design. I will provide the design in .PSD format.
