I understood that you need different Logo, XML import to update car prices and for pre owned cars, imported build process within a frame and woo-commerce plugin for online store. I can do that as per the peoject spec. Through your project requirement I will do the responsive html coding after designing the PSDs WordPress. It will take approx 15 to 20 days to complete the full project. We would like to use Bootstrap to make your website responsive. Bootstrap is the well known CSS framework to make websites responsive. If you want to add a store then we would recommend you to go for Magento as its best for eCommerce and very efficient in the long term. Moreover, you have a good budget so that's why we suggested Magento. Basically, it will be a informational website for a particular product along with an online store.
