hi, i need to create a page like a database of table where registered user fill in a form and it automatically show on the database/table, but now the tricky part is, when a user creates the record, his/her user name is attached to the record such that when you click on the record it shows the profile of the user who inserted that record. The sinario is like this, students are going to register on the website and create their profile, they are going to to fill in a form a to request assistance. so the other user can now go on the page where that form submits the infomation and select the username to see a brief profile. he/she will then offer to assist with a button on the record and a messege (email) is sent to the requestee. once the requstee has received assist they will then click the aprove button on thier side to show that they have been assisted by that user.
