Create a WordPress Template

READ FIRST !!! I WILL NOT ANSWER ON OFFERS WHICH DO NOT HAVE INITIAL SHOWCASE OR DEMO SAMPLE so please do not try to bid if you dont have something to show me. I need website in wordpress which can be easily edit and clone it to some other server. I need practicaly fully functional template in wordpress which i can edit on my server like adding photos, texts and changing color and save it like new website which i plan later to clone on other server and that site became than brand new website. Plugins and initial templates must be well known and best rated, so i dont need some plugins which are downloaded 50 times and updated once a year but i want all best possible open source elements like siteorigin pagebuilder, or some theme which is best and regulary updated. I need also that website on 3 languages. Languages and flags must be shown like on PDF file in attachment. All explanations and idea how this website should look like are described in attached PDF file. I WILL CONSIDER AND NEGOTIATE ONLY WITH FREELANCERS WHO WILL DOWNLOAD MY PDF FILE, STUDY IT, MAKE SOME INITIAL EXAMPLE (SHOWCASE) AND SEND IT TO ME. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT READY TO FIRST MAKE SOME INITIAL SHOWCASE ON YOUR SERVER. I WANT ALSO 30 DAYS BUG AND REVIEW PERIOD AS GUARANTEE THAT SITE IS WORKING WELL. I will create milestones. I will not pay if im not 100% satisfied. I WILL PAY WHEN 30 DAYS OF GUARANTEED PERIOD PASS. Milestones are following 1 milestone after beginig of project 2 milestone when im satisfied with progress 3 milestone when you show me complete project and after i review it and approve it. After that you will install project on my server to see how it work there, teach me how to edit site (i know word press pretty good but i want to know how everything works) and then 30 days period starts. I will release payment when complete project is finished : making of website, education and testing period of 30 days. Because i look on this project from begining to end and end is when i see after 30 days of trial period that everything works well. All communication is through freelancer so freelancer support can see and properly react on all possible problem. Im very serious, i know that this project is not so complicated and hope you will finish it fast. IF YOU CAN MAKE FROM THIS TEMPLATE ZIP INSTALATION FOLDER WITH ALL PLUGINS AND ELEMENTS THIS WILL BE BEST POSSIBLE SOLUTION. SO I WANT EVERYTHING TO BE EASIEST POSSIBLE. Thank you!
