I am looking for someone to help create a project, a web directory scanner. One of my clients run a security analysis firm and are looking to create their own piece of testing software. As I currently have four different projects to complete I am unable to work on this myself, thus, why I am on here. Here's all the info I have: The software can be written in any language. Basically needs to be an art of list-based bruteforce software, which tests specific urls for available directories or files. After doing some research, a great example would be the now discontinued DirBuster java software, though, it needs to support automation (that means, entering 1000 links and go through them 1 by 1, surpressing errors correctly). Must be multi-threaded supporting over 100 requests a second minimum. Ability to scan recursively. Custom HTTP headers. HTTP and HTTPS support. Content analysis when data returned is always the same (custom 404 page for example). Huge Plus: Pretty GUI. When each page returns they can gather reports or statistics about those links that return errors (or timeout). Any HTML can be parsed for links to pursue. The criteria can be programmed into your version of the script according to your requirements.
