Create Simple HTML5 Roulette game

I am looking for a freelancer to create casino game HTML5 Roulette game. Just HTML5 client, ideally you need to draw: 1) A roulette wheel has ONLY color with RED and BLACK with 36 sections 2) Auto Spin with 1 minute wait time interval that spins the roulette wheel 3) A ball spins at an opposite direction of the wheel 4) Within 4-5 seconds the ball will randomly lands on the either Black or Red 5) User only select Either Black or Red and Can't choose 10 second before game start. 6) Each game results should recorded Following URL is the concept of the game for your guideline but the design of game must be listed as above.
