Copied site to a new domain and now site and App don't work

History of the site: The site was completely working 1 month ago. We copied the site to a new domain and now a lot of the features and the app don’t work. The files were just copy and pasted to new location so all the files are still linked to the original domain.
None of the data on the site is needed, we want a fresh start with no data on the site and all functions in working order again.
About the Site: It is a site that tracks products as they move through a factory
So we upload a PO from our customer, the site creates QR codes that we print off, then workers in different locations throughout the factory scan the codes and the site records the time and date of the scans. There are a few databases that are linked to each other. Again, the data isn’t important, just the structure of the databases.
One of the important features that doesn’t work now is the upload and download of Excel files.
VERY IMPORTANT: There is a strict deadline for this project. We need it done by Monday night, China time, roughly 48 hours from this post. DO NOT BID unless you are confident you can reach that deadline.
