Convert a PSD Template to a Responsive Google Blogger

I have Designed a PSD for my blog.

JPEG attached.

now i want someone to make it Responsive Google Blogger.

Mainly I want:

1.) Home Page (all products with less description)

2.) Download Page (selected product full description & download button on this page)

3). Thank you page. (say: thanks for downloading)

i will give you all PSD, Product images and LOGO too.

Your task is to make it responsive and all url's should work.
