About project: as far as I know no modern browsers support PDF natively so I would first convert that into SVG and then load it as a responsive <svg> to the page. This would be the modern way to do this. Questions / remarks: (a) Are you sure you need hovering to trigger info popup? On mobiles there's no (mouse) hovering, all are based on (finger) tapping. To simplify things, I'd suggest this based on a click? (b) Where are the records (i.e. Status, Vendor-name, Booking-price and Booth-number) currently stored: in your database / a file on server?
