In the output file (Student_Registration_demo_v1), a) is the "Campus code" data is to replace with institution" data in the main sheet.? b) Idnumber is the "STUDENT_NUMBER" from "PersonTemp" source file? c) What will be data in the "Course3" and "Role3" column? Hi there, looks clear. I guess "SectionNumber" is Sec ID from raw data file. Do we need to create City sheets or they are constant? Do we clear them or append data every time? I would suggest the following approach: VBA, the code would offer a file dialog window to select raw data file and process it providing expected output. PS. Windows only

Hi I have some questions 1- what field to put in "institution" ? 2- is IDNUMBER = STUDENT_NUMBER ? 3- as I understand Course1=institution+COURSE_SYMBOL+03+Sec_ID - You wrote "<institution>+<coursecode>+"03"+<sectionnumber>" - it is the same as I wrote yes? 4- why we have "Course1" "Course2" "Course3" and "Course4" - where can I get last 3 courses?
