Hi, I'm sure I can help you, I've done many similar jobs, just check my profile. For your project I'll build a Windows desktop application (.exe), totally portable and non framework or acrobat dependent. The app will process multiple pdf files (text pdf, non OCR) in batch mode and exports all the extracted text per file or page. Note: the .txt file has no text format, so unless your pdf file use plain text font, perhaps the converted text won't match the printed version... To be sure, could you please send me a pdf sample?. I could even consider lower my bid if your pdf has only plain text. The project cost doesn't include the source code.
