The Database for Contracts/invoices/documents/files with easy to use search mechanism. The documents management system that allow to add documents files (PDF or JPG, or DOC or XML or from 1C system or other files) to system by scanning it, or drag & drop or browse for scanned files, and to can easy Search/Find documents from database by name, date, type, or other tags. The same need to have users management system with Admin, Director, User rights, and need to have about 10 field info for each user- like First Name, Last Name, DOB, cell number, etc. Need to can assign from settings exact level attributes/permissions. The same need to have easy to use preview system and sharing feature with secret log that contain info for who, when opened each file, who when and to who shared each file, who and when searched each documents file. Need to can add the unique number to each document, the operator must fill the form for this document (about 10-15 fields), and the System must generate QR/Barcode for this document and store all this data in MYSQL or other database. Need to can search documents by any filled tags.

So the basic workflow of this portal involves:

> Manage Documents
> Share Documents
> Admin can manage users and provide access limits/permissions
> Analytics etc.

2. How long user can manage documents?
3. User can view only his document and shared documents. Right?
