Consume a Web Service Using Java

I need to have a java package developed that will consume six methods from one web service. The web service wsdl and credentials are supplied. I will want a simple test program that accesses the java package and makes at least one call to each of the methods. This project will need to run with jdk 1.8, Windows 7, and ideally with NetBeans IDE.
