Codeigniter jquery mysql javascript php expert required for long term work

PLEASE NOTE : This job is only suitable for those with high IQ and STRONG logic skills. Many developers have said they don't understand the logic. So either they aren't very smart or I am too smart. I'm assuming the the former because this logic isn't that complicated. I have some developers who understand it, they just don't have the time. So hopefully I will find someone who can understand it AND has the time to work on it. If you have a low IQ or are looking for easy jobs then don't waste your time with this. This will be one of your biggest challenges to date. General Overview : Flashcard software for learning and helping people to remember information This is a customization of existing website. I have an online piece of flashcard software that was developed using codeigniter and I need many changes and upgrades done to it This current upgrade affects the logic at which the flashcards are shown. I want to change it to a spaced repetition system similar to that of Anki and Supermemo (based on the Leitner system) You can read about the leitner system here : [login to view URL] If you can understand that then you understand 50% of my goal I already found a programmer who is willing to make this change for only $25 but he isn't available until June. If someone is able to give me a reasonable quote then I won't bother waiting for him. This isn't a simple upgrade, so $25 is by no means enough to compensate a programmer for his time. Of course I am willing to pay more, but if the quotes are all very very high then I will just wait for him. I can't afford to pay full market rates. This job best suits someone who's goal isn't to earn money but to get experience or feedback or someone who LOVES a challenge or perhaps a student. If you already have a good reputation on freelancer then it's unlikely you need to work cheaply. If you are new to freelancer and you are willing to give a below market rate quote for the chance to get some feedback on freelancer and experience and invest in your future, then this job might be for you.
