This shouldn't really happen, so it's a little of a mystery. But I don't think it will be a hard one to crack. You may have links and a DNS name for your site that is short and the links link to that. Anyway, I have a computer engineering degree from CMU and 20 years experience. I've been building websites for 14 years and dealing with Wordpress for 5 and network issues like this might be for about 20. So I'm sure I can solve it.
Note that I may lower or raise the price after I get on the system and get a sense of what needs to be changed. My guess it your site is coded in such a way to do this and if I have to change a ton of code I'd have to charge just a little more. If it's just one change, I could charge somewhat less.
