Change a Wordpress page layout

Very simple wp layout change. Start here: [login to view URL] After the pink tile, there are two columns: For your Brand and For your Styling Biz. With three tiles/paragraphs in each column (please note, the INSTAGRAM tile is supposed to be on the left side. TASK 1. you need to flip the columns into rows. So row 1 will be FOR YOUR STYLING BIZ with PINK LADY tile/para on the left, then MAGAZINE Cover tile/para in the middle, then RED CARPET tile/thumb on the right. Repeat for second row: FOR YOUR BRAND so this has BLUE SPARKLE tile/para on the left, INSTAGRAM tile/para on the right, 1-on-1 MENTOR tile/para on the right. TASK 2. Include a divider above and below both rows. TASK 3. Include dummy lines of text under each heading and before the tiles/paras. So FOR YOUR STYLING BIZ, then dummy text, then TILES/PARAS. TASK 4. Make the testimonials dynamic. So you can see here, when I put in more text they become overlapped with the one under it. These needs to be dynamic - so when I enter more text, the text pushes the next testimonial down. Please note, job must be started and finished with 1 day of accepting.
