CREATE ONLINE CAR RENTAL APPLICATION | WP | PHP | MYSQL

Require a coder to create an online portal to manage car rentals. This is a four part project. PART ONE: Create an online portfolio for the rental cars. Allow multiple vehicle features (size, amenities, multiple images, etc), daily rental price. These features must be able to be searched in PART TWO. Example: If someone is looking to rent a minivan or a sedan, if they want leather, gas or diesel.. etc. PART TWO: The cars must be applied to inventory management. If a vehicle has been rented it will be taken out of available inventory. The car will not be allowed back into inventory until it has passed several checks (vehicle has been cleaned and inspected for damage, etc). PART THREE: Online quotes: Online quote system should be mobile responsive, only available vehicles are eligible to be quoted. If a vehicle size is not available it should be remarked "Units Not Available". Quotes are set via a calendar system. Pricing can fluctuate based on the date(s). Example: car rentals are more expensive during the summer months. Calendar system must be smart enough to handle the pricing fluctuations. Meaning, I only want to enter this information once and not have to continue editing prices all the time. Rental payments: Deposits must be accepted via the application. Trying to determine the best way to do this, help would be appreciated. I do have an example site that will explain more in detail what I am requesting. Only qualified coders will be given access to this site. PART FOUR: A rental contract should be tied to the car. We do video walk arounds when someone rents a car, and we do another video walk around when they bring the car back as we check for damage. A list of items must be checked off prior to release from contract. The car will not be allowed back into inventory until it has passed several checks (vehicle has been cleaned and inspected for damage, etc). I will be hosting this on my server and allowing my car rental companies to access their vehicle database directly. ----- My initial thought was to create a Wordpress plugin for this application and only allow my car companies to access the database via an API code of sorts (secret key???, serial number???).
