Build this site again and right

I want my website to be rebuilt and fully working. With much less plugins. A lot of my issues are because someone coded the stuff in instead of using the theme actual functions The sliders on every category page is possible with the theme functions and no code is needed now i can not even change things in my own admin.. I must be able to smoothly control my website from the back end. As of now i can not do this. I must be able to run the site from the back end perfectly When someone registers and wants to sign up.. I want a drop down box with flags that show the different country they can sign up in.. Each country on the plan and pricing page will have different options and benefits.. I want a special separate business area registration. For vendors for the dokan market place. And I want there to be a separate area for businesses who want to sign up to list there business on the page. I want to use paypal. I want the other categories such as restaurants services to be on the business area where only business people can see.. I want the customer to only be able to sign up for the For sale area. (and I want the ability to ad areas for them as well) I want the event page to be set up nicer design. I want newsletter set up I want a TV page built Slider at the top and Facebook comments in the middle and advertisement banners on each side of the facebook comment area PMA will have there own categories and it will have the same search features as the Motors categories No one will be able to ad to PMA category except them
