Build a lead management and distribution platform

Hi, I'm looking for an intermediate or expert programmer or team to build a web application that allows me to create sophisticated registration paths. These registration paths will first collect a users data in a multi-step form. Then the user will be sent to a funnel with a series of affiliate offers that they can choose to either complete or skip. The user enters their information and is then taken through a series of affiliate offers and survey questions. The software you create needs to do the following: - user registration with multistep form - Lead Distribution: Posting submitted data to email service provider, backend database, third party URLs, FTP, and/or other 3rd Party Systems - ability to save URL parameters in a session that can be accessed for use in later steps in the registration path - ability to update the session with any information the user submits as they go through the registration path - ability to pass URL parameters to hidden fields in the form so they can be sent to the page the user is redirected to after form submission - ability to prepopulate previously submitted information into form fields in a later step - support for creation of different offer types to be used within the registration path: - host and post (sending data a user submits in a form to a third party using HTTP POST or an external API or an FTP server) - linkouts (when a user clicks on a link it opens a new tab and passing parameters to the newly opened URL) - iframed offers (a URL is embedded into a site and URL parameters are passed to the iframed URL) - ability to add, remove, reorder the offers within the registration path from an admin area - Creation of an admin area to manage the software - Storing all submitted data for reporting, analysis, and marketing uses - Integrate data validation to ensure data is properly formed - Check database when a new user submits information and ensure their email doesn't already exist in our system (de-duplication) - Ability to create surveys with conditional logic (change next action depending on how a user answers a question) - All code should be easily understood and well commented More details and specifics for the winner of the project. We will build this project in phases, starting with minimum functionality and adding features over several iterations. Please respond with examples of projects you have completed.
