Build a Website for booking online classes.

Good-day, I am interested in getting a website done for booking online classes. From the homepage, I believe these things are needed with different permissions at each level. 1. The home page should advertise our services, past testimonials, user ratings etc. (I am quite open to suggestions. Eg - Should the home page, students page and admin page be different sites? Or all connected?) 2. A login and registration section for students. After logging in, a student should be able to view all available lecturers, search for lecturers, etc. They should be able to send a custom message to the lecturer when booking to inform them of anything they want to do specifically. A secure way of making credit card payments is also desired. They should also be able to view our custom lesson materials as well. 3. A lecturer after looking in should be able to edit his schedule and view our custom lesson materials. Features such as a lesson counter and way to view his/her comments and ratings as well. 4. An admin page. The admins should be able to upload new materials at different levels. Eg as follows 1st grade : Math - Addition - Lesson 1 Lesson 2 Subtraction - Lesson 1 Tests - Test 1 2nd Grade : Math - Addition Subtraction Division Tests Admin should also be able to cancel booked classes, assign a lecturer to a student. Remove hurtful/spiteful comments after an investigation and if deemed necessary. Permission is also needed to create profiles for lecturers. This is a brief outline of this project.
