I am willing to contribute around 20 hours a week (productive time). I have experience with many PHP frameworks - Cake, Laravel, CI. Yes, I use TDD (Protractor, Karma, E2E), grunt/yeoman/bower. I develop using Angular, EmberJS (Ember Cli), Backbone & Bootstrap.
Databases: MySql, SQL Server, Oracle (Strong).
NOSQL: Couch, Mongo.
I am a full time freelancer, as I want to spend more "real productive" work. I had been coding for the last 21 years (started with Basic programming in 1995), so I see any change as "just a change" and I the fuss around it does not affect me. I have Windows 8.1 (Lenovo i3 6GB Ram machine) that is good for the job, have a great internet connection going. Two important things are I work in PST timings and work as a sole contributor (no selling out stuff kind of business). As you can imagine, most of my colleagues almost don't code or hate coding, let alone be given any more work, so.
I have worked with many American companies, five years in the US and almost in my 14 years have worked only with clients abroad. This is all I do, again I am full time and either do a job or improve/learn something grabbing a book.
Please do let me know if this will work. Hopefully we can work out something.
