Build a Website

Dear Freelancer, Hi Freelancers, I would like to have a website developed with the same functionality as an interactive dating site eg. [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] As a graphic designer, I will be supplying layered Photoshop PSD files for the design and layout of each screen with some degree of flexibility to allow for functionality. I will need complete ownership on handover and to be able to edit the site content via a database regularly and to easily update/add/edit fields without throwing the layout out of whack. Attached is a general flow for the site for reference though not all steps are shown. The data entered upon registration for each user type will be quite extensive as per a dating site and I will require browsing to be sorted by field. Searches will also use this data to match criteria from either side to the other. Some fields will be required to be entered and some not. Some fields will be required but will not be visible to other users (only admin). Users will need to make a secure payment upon registration (via PayPal or credit card). Additional features will be things like featured users and total number of registered users both displayed on the landing page. At this point I am looking at a quote or a fairly solid estimate to be able to ascertain the viability of this project. Though it will vary according to interpretation and feedback, a rough time frame for such a job would be appreciated also. Questions for clarification welcome. Thank you.
