Build a website for an real-estate investment firm. 1. Splash page with a 4 step explanation on how our service works and a nice join button 2. A template page with a nice layout to put additional information (using the 4 step's from the main page but going in depth, so the design should be similar but layout should be well-designed so text can be put into it and it still stays "clear" to the end-user. Listing 4 properties at the bottom. 3. A framework / Template to use to list properties (real estate) (we will do the coding & back-end for listing the properties in the page. The layout should be there. It should have a nice oversight. Should be clean & neat. (This is the members only area) 4. A layout for a detailed overview of a property. (Has to have all the details: - Images (Thumnails) `property type` RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL `propref` INTERNAL REFERENCE `maplat` LATTITUDE `maplong` LONGITUDE `municipaladdress` ADDRESS `legaldesc` LONG DEScRIPTION `rollnumber` MEDIUM LONG TEXT (upto 2048 chars) `annualtax` `assesedvalue` value in $ `propertysize` XXX acres `lakefront` YES/NO `road` PUBLIC/PRIVATE `house` YES/NO `otherstructures` SMALL TEXT `zoning` SMALL TEXT `buildingpermit` YES/NO `rezoned` YES/NO `waterfront` YES/NO `residential` YES/NO `minimum bid` XXXXXX $ `description` MEDIUMTEXT , `pin` MEDIUMTEXT , `tenderenddate` DATE - googlemaps box show the map This above should be self explaining. If you make the mockup page for detailed view of a property it should list all the above in a nice organized fashion. CSS, html5, modern framework it the way to go. Do not come with tables! (thats so 1998 ) 5. Nice logo (custom built! do not come with a template!), I have google as well... do not even come with a templatemonster thing) MUST have skype to chat & speak english. Stay within budget & on time! Do not do placeholder bids, you will not get a response. Do not ask for an advance. You will only get paid when you are delivering (half way & at the end) Do not waste my time as there is many other freelancers out there!
