We are looking for someone to design a mobile friendly, quick, modern website to advertise our overseas apartment for rental. Please note, its just one apartment to rent and we do not need an estate agents website.
It will be a 6 or 7 page website. We understand we need something with CMS so we can upload our own photos and description for the website.

We also want the freelancer to be a good communicator. Its surprising how many companies cant be bothered to reply with quotes, dont understand what we want (eg they want to build a full rental property website) or very slow.
