Build a Website

We are looking for someone to build a Gantt Chart powered front-end to Google Tasks/Calendar that we can use as a project management system. The system will: * be used for multiple projects concurrently, * allow individuals to login using their Google credentials, * feature different user roles, for example, manager, staff and client, who have different permissions as follows: * managers will be able to add/edit projects * staff will be able to add/edit tasks within a project that they’re collaborating on * clients will have read only access to the projects to which they’re invited to see * tasks will be added/viewed on a project gantt chart, * each task will be allocated to a specific user which will sync with their personal Google Tasks list, * tasks will have a title, start date (or task which it’s dependent on the finish of) and duration (in hours). The end date will be calculated by the Gantt chart software (DHTMLX Gantt can do this). * each project and task will have a related discussion thread on which all users can comment, * notifications will be sent to users when they are mentioned in a comment or receive a new task, * managers will be able to view calendars which show tasks across all projects, * a user’s availability will be shown when selecting them for a task so that it can be established whether they have capacity for the work. Project Manager Pro by [login to view URL] does much of what we want but doesn’t sync with Google tasks which is key. It also doesn’t feature tasks at the hourly level, the minimum time period for a task being 1 day. Further discussion is needed to finalise the exact scope.
