I AM NOT LOOKING FOR GRAPHIC DESIGNERS .. I am looking for a competent person / developer to build me a text based mafia game WITH PHP, they must know how the game works and how it can be done.
The game must be full and complete with all features including staff panels ,

Payment will either be milestone or in full once complete this is upto the developer.
There is no time frame in how long this should be done but as soon as possible to start would be preferred.
£300 is maximum budget but will provide more if job is done to a acceptable standard.
