Build a Web Portal

Design and develop a community based expert forum / portal, which will provide lots of information for the cause, allows the end user to raise their concerns and get free advise from world's best experts, connect to them and resolve their issues quickly and effectively. As the website should be built responsive and all browser compatible. The website should be SEO optimized and speed optimized. It'll be a Single Page Application having 1> Login page and landing page and should be made open source using Web API and Angular 2> Functionality in Login Page --Similar to LinkedIn --User Profile Creation (Validated after mail sent and clicked by user within 3 hrs 3> Functionality in Landing Page(similar to [login to view URL]) - User can only go to landing page once he is validated at login page. 4> The front end will be designed using HTML5,Bootstrap and Angular 2 to make it responsive and fast. 5> It will consume web API to interact with database. 6> The backend will have rest enabled Web API and database will be SQL server. 7> It should use entity framework to make database transaction. 8> There should be logging functionality(e.g NLogger or similar)in the application. 9> The complete code should be given to us to test it in time to time that we can track. It'll be completely our property. 10> It should security in place and only valid user can access landing page and his login id should be visible. 11> It could have a forum/groups like LinkedIn for different category wise support Q&A 12> Integration of Google AdSence ad feed. 13> Banner / classified management 14> Social Media Integration 15> hosting to our server at amazon 16> Mailchimp/SendGrid integration 17> Google map integration for the user to find near by users/organizations on google map 18> Minimal number of images and colors should be used 19> SSL Integration 20> Full back end for management 21> Multiple types of users integration 22> Like/Dislike, Follow/Un-follow, Review, Flag, 23> Searh using zip code 24> User verification and authentication(two factor) 25> Fully security enabled by design Note: We are not entertaining/considering Indian(s)/Pakistani(s)/Chines for this job
