Build a WMS (warehouse management system) & Marketplaces integration

Hello,

This is a confidential project. Applicants have to sign non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to commence project. Only apply if you think you can commit to it. Please read the following requirements CAREFULLY.

We are open to individual and group freelancers (prefer group).

Please refer to the attached file. E-Commerce portion is not applicable to this project. All processes marked with RED ASTERISK has to be developed.

Currently, we have 1 Warehouse, in the future there will be more warehouses to link. We need the WMS to be SCALABLE - able to allow easy integration of new warehouses.

We will only provide:

1. the API documentation (linking) of the warehouse

2. Requirements and conditions for each marketplace

3. Requirements and conditions for GUI of WMS

The rest of the process will have to be developed. For more information, read on.

We have 5 marketplaces that needs API integration into this system. Namely:

1. Amazon

2. eBay

3. Linio

4. Lazada Malaysia & Lazada Thailand

5. Mercardo Libre

For EACH of these marketplaces, we need the API integration to be built between the warehouse and itself to facilitate TWO things:

1. Price and quantity update

> Information flow: WH -> WMS -> MKP

2. Order processing & Fulfilment

> Information flow: MKP -> WMS -> WH -> WMS -> MKP

We need a professional GUI that can allow all conditions to be NOT hard coded. Each marketplace has their own restrictions (E.g. ebay has a restriction on how many products can be listed onto the website) and this restriction has to be easily configured on the GUI based on the selection of the marketplace.

The main function of WMS is to select different groups of products from the warehouse to cater to different marketplaces. (NOT the same products on each marketplace) NOTHING should be hard coded.

We expect a certain coding standard to be enforced throughout the project. Developer guide and user guide would have to be produced at the end of the project. Basic uniting & functional testing should be implemented at the programmer's own time.
