Position: WEB DEVELOPER/ENGINEER (PHP / MAGENTO) Location: Subiaco, WA Type: Contractor Ricarda Fashion Objects is one of Western Australia’s premier retail outlets, offering a wide array of high quality innovative home objects and apparel, produced by Australian and international designers. Ricarda is currently seeking a PHP / Magento developer to assist in the development and ongoing maintenance of a new online commerce platform that is under construction. The successful developer will have a proven experience in developing and maintaining Magento websites and will work directly with the Digital Media & Marketing Manager to further develop and customise the website to create a design focused and user-friendly online experience. Key Requirements: - Minimum 3-5+ years experience in a Web Development role with proven working knowledge of Magento, and back-end integration on LAMP stack. - High-level experience in OOP, PHP, MySQL, Javascript, XML, HTML5, CSS3, Ajax and jQuery. - Building Magento systems and experience working on Magento databases - Experience in building custom Magento modules - Git / SVN - Experience in POS system integration (via API) is extremely desirable - Experience in development for responsive design
