Build CS:GO Gambling Website (Jackpot, Roulette, CoinFlip, etc.)

I am looking for a CS:GO gambling website with as many games possible for the price. I know sql well and kind of know php and Javascript as well as I can edit html and css, but I am nowhere close to professional grade. I want a fully working, fully customizable site where everything works well and looks nice but I can still change anything I feel like changing. I want the colors to be bright green and black themed (kinda techno). I want to have a large number of games. (at least the main 3, (Jackpot, Roulette, CoinFlip)). I want full admin access to change anything. I want users to be able to deposit/sell skins to a bot for coins which are used for betting (or have the choice to bet skins). I want the user to be able to withdraw skins based on coin amounts they have (or skins they have won). I want a referral system that rewards users for using and giving referral codes. I want to be able to customize chances. I want to be able to take a commission (so that I gain something) I want to be able to give or take coins and change info of users as an admin. I want to have my site name and my name on the site a lot. I already own a domain with VPS hosting on DigitalOcean and also have a bot with a steam account attached. I only need the website (files all setup and customized), and the SQL table(s) to be imported to my database. My VPS can be configured to run with most operating systems and I can wipe it and install anything to it. I also have root access.
