Blur the content on my post.

Hello, I need a simple wordpress plugin/script. I want the content on my post to be blurred, there is an image on top, then the content, I want only the content to be blurred, not the image on top. It will show a text saying "Click here to unblur the content", the text and elements should look and feel professional. Once clicked, it will open another tab and move to that tab with the content unblurred. While the previous tab would redirect to another url. I will be able to specify this url. There is a plugin called Blur Text. But, I need it to do as mention above, but this plugin only blur text. But the way it blur text, I want the blur to be like that. And, I want the url to be specified within the post, for example, something like this: [blur url=[login to view URL]]content[/blur] Low budget, will choose the person who charges low and can complete quickly.
