Hello sir/madam, I have already done similar project which gets info for Bet365 In-Play Live soccer games and saves to the database. It is a stand-alone Windows application written in C#. I think the difference in time between bet365 and the app will be larger than 1 second as there will be one ajax request per each match. If you are interested in C# application please contact me.
