Batch Script to import orders and cancel orders - Infusionsoft

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE DETAILS I have an infusionsoft application. I want the ability to import this csv file: [login to view URL] I want to be able to import this csv file and for the orders to process and charge the card through a subscription. This can be done through infusionsoft or a custom script. I also want to import a csv that will cancel the subscriptions as well. This will be a daily thing that we do. Thanks.
