Automate the website with the payment gateway Website is currently in osCommerce We need to automate payment processing with the back office which manages the orders to our supplier and payment processing .. Currently in osCommerce when an order is made on the website the below happens Basic High Level Steps 1) Ensure the order reached our supply chain back office ( web portal ) Order details are sent to our supply chain back office .. we log into supply chain back-office We check to see of the order reached the supply chain back-office ( it is a web portal ) If the order has reached We log into osCommerce website and change the status of the order from Pending ---> Verifying Funds ..... We copy and paste a template message in the Status box and send them to the customer to tell him what we are doing .. same email to every customer 2) See if the order passed for funds We keep checking back to the supply chain back office to see if the order passed for funds If it passed for funds we change the status of the order from Verifying funds ---> Funds Verified Shipping We then tell the customer this status change and send out a email We again paste text in this email we send .. same text every customer 3 ) Tracking Number Sent Log into the supply chain back office to see if the order has been given a tracking number If a tracking number is shown for the order in the supply chain back office We copy and paste that tracking number into an excel sheet against the order We then log into osCommerce Change the status of an order from Funds Verified ---> Shipped Tracking sent We cut an paste some text about the tracking number .. same text to every customer except tracking number is different for everyone Supply chain Back office has a web service which tells us all this for automation of the site Web service [login to view URL] We have a development site and a live site all worked to be carried out on development site .. checked by us .. then for you to replicate changes to live site Future Projects Lots of more work .. we still got to do decline of an order .. this is like 150 dollars of work also And get the site moved over to Magneto ( 75 percent done ) Magento orders need to be automated with supply back office Need WordPress guy to help manage landing page sites of our product range ... 1500 products to manage Roger
